Our Mission & Impactful Initiatives
At VRB Foundation, our core mission is to uplift local communities through a variety of impactful programs. Our commitment to community upliftment is singular. We’re dedicated to a range of initiatives, including:

Our Focus Area
We are concentrating our efforts on villages located near our development Site‘s. This allows us to demonstrate that we are not just developing land, but also actively contributing to the well-being and holistic development of the surrounding communities. It’s about building a holistic relationship with these villages.
Current Initiated Impact
We’ve already begun making a tangible difference. A prime example is our work at Hasampura Nevta Govt. Upper Primary School, where we’ve initiated school beautification and repair & maintenance work to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff. This renovation is also crucial for providing a conducive learning environment.
Another vital initiative is our “Catch the Rain” campaign, which underscores our dedication to water conservation and sustainable practices.
This is just the beginning of our commitment to uplift and support these communities.
Hasampura Nevta School: Site Visit & Assessment
Our team visited Govt. Upper Primary School, Hasampura -Nevta Jaipur, Rajasthan. (school campus ) on May 10, 2025 and had an interaction with Head Mistress and School staff members. During this visit, we discussed the basic needs of school, as well as our “Catch The Rain” campaign and its importance.
Project Assessment & Overview
Overall Impression: The school appears to be in a state of disrepair, exhibiting significant structural issues, damaged infrastructure, and a general lack of maintenance. In conclusion, the school building requires immediate and extensive renovation to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff. This renovation is also crucial for providing a conducive learning environment and effectively integrating our “Catch The Rain” campaign, highlighting its importance.
School Condition
The school building structure and ceilings show severe damage, with large sections having collapsed and exposed reinforcing steel bars, indicating a serious structural integrity issue. This is likely due to water damage, poor construction, or aging, and the presence of exposed and potentially rusted rebar further compromises the building’s strength, risking further collapse. Debris from the collapsing ceiling also poses a tripping hazard on classroom floors. Additionally, cracks and peeling paint are visible on ceilings and walls, pointing to general wear and tear and possible water infiltration.

School Beautification Project: Permission Secured, Work Commenced
Now to start work in school we require written Permission & NOC from the School Administration. So we contacted them through mobile phone followed by school official Email.
We submitted Application letter for permission & NOC for School Maintenance Work and Beautification & same was submitted to school administration & we got the Permission & NOC from school Administration on 30 May 2025 Afternoon. Very next day i.e. 31 May 2025 we started work on ground. As Advisory Committee members had given green signal for that.
